The Budaschnozzle 2.0 is currently shipping from the US.
The Budaschnozzle 2.0 is a high performance hot end for use with RepRap and other 3D printers. The hot end comes completely assembled: wire it to your electronics and it is ready to print. The new 2.0 version now includes an aluminum mount plate and aluminum heat sinks. The 2.0 also brings changes to the nozzle, heater block, and threaded extension with harder aluminum and revised thread profile for more reliable nozzle changes.
Optional nozzle sizes are available from 0.25mm to 0.75mm. With the optional PTFE tube, you can print 1.75mm filament.
The Budaschnozzle 2.0 now comes with pre-crimped wiring that will get you printing even faster.
Use thermistor #7 (Honeywell) in Sprinter and Marlin firmware.
The Budaschnozzle comes assembled with a 0.35mm nozzle. There is also a 0.5mm nozzle version available in the hot end section of the store. Otherwise, if you would like a different nozzle size you will need to purchase an extra nozzle and make the change once you receive both parts.
For users upgrading a LulzBot AO-101 you will need to replace the entire wire harness for the connections have changed. Use the included wiring harness and connect the red wire pair to the hot end connection and the orange wire pair to the thermistor connection.
