In the event that your LulzBot 3D printer is out of warranty and needs repair services, let our expert technicians restore your LulzBot 3D Printer to like-new condition. Repairs are warrantied for 90 days.
LulzBot 3D Printer Repair Service Requirements
- Eligible 3D printers: Out of warranty LulzBot TAZ 6, 5, and LulzBot Mini.
- A $50 evaluation fee will be assessed for each repair request and is separate from any repair estimate. This non-refundable fee includes:

- New custom foam packaging to ensure safe return to your doorstep — normally up to a $75 value!
- $35 will be collected for ground shipping from our Colorado headquarters back to you, within the United States. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Local customers may pick up their items without paying for return shipping.
- Repairs are offered to customers in the United States only.
- Use of original packaging is strongly recommended for shipping to LulzBot / Aleph Objects, Inc.
- LulzBot / Aleph Objects, Inc. is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping to our facility.
- Items submitted through the LulzBot Repair Service will be held for a maximum of 10 business days, after which a $5 daily storage fee will be assessed.

- Once packaged, use this page to submit your repair request.
- One of our helpful sales support representatives will contact you within 1 business day to collect the evaluation fee and will issue your Service Request Number.
- Write your Service Request Number on the package and include within.
- Ship the item to us. Tracking and insurance is strongly recommended
- Our team of experts will perform a full diagnostic service.
- We will contact you to confirm and review your repair estimate, and on written authorization begin the repairs.
- Our repair technicians will repair your items.
- We will contact you when repairs have been completed with the final repair bill.
- In a hurry? Let us know! Expedited return shipping is available at an additional cost.
- Payment in full is required through credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
- A $5 holding fee will be charged per day after 10 business days.
- Your repaired items will be placed into new, custom foam packaging to ensure a safe return to you.
- We will forward the return tracking information once your items are on their way.
