3D Printer Fleet technician

Aleph Objects, Inc. is searching for a full time, 3D printer fleet technician. Job responsibilities will include running a fleet of 40+ 3D printers, repairing and maintaining fleet printers, part production planning, and part processing and inspection.

Experience with 3D printers is highly desired but not required. General knowledge of mechanical equipment is a plus. Basic computer skills are required and experience with GNU/Linux is a plus. Time management is a MAJOR factor of this position including managing part production quotas, timelines, and deadlines.

The LulzBot fleet runs 24 hours a day; day, evening, or night shifts are a possibility. This position requires standing the majority of the work day. On occasion this position requires lifting 30-40 lb packages.

Assembler

Aleph Objects, Inc. has multiple spots available for the position of Assembler. Major job duties will include processing parts for, assembling components for, fully assembling, and testing 3D printers.

Experience in assembly is desired. However, general experience and knowledge of mechanics and mechanical tools is highly pertinent.

This position may require standing for long periods of time. On occasion this position requires lifting 30-40 lb packages.

Customer Support Representative

Aleph Objects, Inc. is searching for a part or full time Customer Support Representative. Job responsibilities will include answering support phone calls and emails. Other tasks may be delegated as needed, depending on experience. Experience with 3D printers, specifically RepRap hardware printers and hardware, is highly desired. Support inquiries will range from LulzBot.com store functions, such as customer account and shipping questions, to technical questions about LulzBot 3D printers and hardware.

This position is open to anyone interested that resides in the USA. Job functions can be performed remotely from any location in the USA. However, a high speed internet connection is required. You will be expected to be consistently available during an agreed time to answer support calls and emails.

Process Engineer/Manager – Injection Molding

Job Description

Aleph Objects Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer with experience in Injection Molding or an Injection Molding Engineer. Work location is in Loveland, Colorado. This position is part of the company supply chain management team that is responsible for planning, sourcing, and delivering materials and sub-assemblies to the production lines and final products to the customers.

Specific responsibilities include working closely with R&D and Manufacturing engineering on component designs for injection molding, identifying and qualifying injection molding vendors, leading projects to deliver injection molding parts and effort to work with stakeholders including injection molding vendors to resolve quality and manufacturing related issues.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Material/Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Must have experience in and deep understanding of Injection Molding process
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Demonstrated communication skill and ability to articulate technical issues
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred

  • Having worked with domestic and international injection molding vendors
  • Having brought up injection molding parts from engineering drawing
  • Having been part of and/or leading the effort to qualify injection molding vendors

Production/Material Planner

Aleph Objects, Inc. is currently searching for a Production/Material Planner. This position will be expected to fill the following roles:

  • Plan and prepare production schedules. Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
  • Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
  • Plan and schedule workflow for each operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
  • Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
  • Confer with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
  • Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Keep track of production inventory between all locations.
